ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱克服了大多數現代C18柱在低離子強度流動相條件下(如0.1%甲酸體系)因載量所導致的峰形差問題。因帶有嚴格控制下的、低水平的正表面電荷,ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱為堿性化合物提供峰形,而無需使用離子對試劑。
目的建立超高效液相-紫外光電二極管陣列檢測-串聯四級桿-飛行時間質譜(UPLC-DAD/Q-TOF-MS)法分析左金丸化學成分。方法分析采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18色譜柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);柱溫20℃;流動相0.1%甲酸-0.1%甲酸乙腈,梯度洗脫;體積流量0.2 m L/min;檢測波長222 nm;飛行時間質譜,正離子掃描模式。通過對照品比對,以及質譜、光譜數據進行分析。結果從中鑒定出19種成分,其中11種屬于黃連,8種屬于吳茱萸。結論該方法快速高效,可用于左金丸的質量控制。
